KPI reporting systems
A large part of my analytics work is not one-off reporting. It is building reporting systems that leadership and operational teams can return to every week and every month. That includes defining what should be tracked, making the numbers consistent, and making the reports useful enough to change action.
LTV and cohort analysis
I use LTV and cohort analysis to move beyond surface-level volume metrics. The point is to understand whether acquisition quality holds after the first transaction and whether user groups continue to justify spend over time. That kind of analysis is directly connected to commercial decision making.
Budget allocation decisions
Analytics becomes more valuable when it guides where the next euro goes. My reporting work has focused on identifying which sources, segments, or operational changes deserve more budget and which ones should be reduced. This is closer to decision support than to passive reporting.
Automation with Python and SQL
I use Python and SQL to reduce repetitive analytics work, clean data faster, and make reporting more reliable. That includes automating recurring steps, validating assumptions, and structuring data so dashboards and decisions are based on cleaner inputs.
Dashboards that help action
Dashboards matter only if they help someone act faster or with more confidence. My focus has been on operational dashboards that surface movement early, make comparisons clear, and support both daily execution and longer-horizon review.
